Welsh Family Wines at the SE Wine Collective produces vineyard-specific wines that are food-friendly, expressive of varietal characteristics, and made with low intervention winery techniques. The wine bar at the Collective offers visitors a chance to enjoy wines, not only from Welsh Family Wines, but from the other resident artisanal winemakers as well as inspirational wines from all over the New and Old World. The wine offerings are complemented by Chef Althea Grey Potter’s ever changing seasonal menu.
